How do I add staff members to my business?
Log in to your admin dashboard, navigate to the "Staff" section, and click "Add Staff Member". Fill in their details including name, email, and working hours.
Can I manage multiple branches?
Yes! The system supports multi-branch management. You can add branches in the admin dashboard and assign services and staff to specific branches.
How do customers book appointments?
Customers can visit the public booking page, select your business, choose a service, pick an available time slot, and complete the booking with their contact information.
Is there a mobile app available?
Currently, the system is web-based and fully responsive, working great on mobile browsers. A dedicated mobile app is planned for future development.
How do I export my appointment data?
Data export functionality is coming soon. For now, you can contact support to request a data export of your appointments and customer information.
